Business confidence in the South West fell by two points during December to 36%. According to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, companies in the South West reported lower confidence in their own business prospects month-on-month, down six points to 46%. However, their optimism in the economy was up three points to 26%, giving a headline confidence reading of 36%.
